What?Where?
The past month had been real busy - doing, uh...nothing of value. But a look at the calendar tells me the months gone and the next one's in.
A piece of advice all those who have tens (or hundreds) of gigs of music on their systems
DONT TRANSFER HUGE CHUNKS OF UNORGANIZED MUSIC FROM YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!!
I have been transferring music from my friends over the last couple of months and most of it was very much unorganized. Had to spent the last couple of weekday evenings removing duplicate music from my library and renaming the "Track 01"s & "Untitled"s. Such a pain in the ass job. Good thing I could write shell scripts and execute them in Apple systems. That did help me eliminating the unwanted and the redundant stuff a bit but not completely.
Still removing the Mozart collections and Kenny Gs from my iTunes as I write this post.
esnips is a good place to legally (ha!) download music. Have been using that a lot but even there people dont name their music properly. Just downloaded "Hero of the day" by Aerosmith!!!!
